General Information:

• Price and availability subject to change.  
• Items subject to prior sale.  
• All equipment sold by Starler, Inc. should be inspected for safety and proper operation by a professional.  Upon purchase, you agree to not hold Starler, Inc. or its employees responsible for any injuries or damages caused by purchased equipment.
• All sales are of surplus merchandise, and are made without warranty.  The only exception to that would be if there is a original manufacturer's warranty still in effect.
• It is the buyer's responsibility to determine if the purchased merchandise is adequate for his particular need.  Returns are only allowed for unused items, within 1 week of receipt, and must be authorized first.  Please call or email for returned goods authorization
• Not an authorized distributor for brands listed. 

Part Description Abbreviations:

• NEW            New condition, in original packaging
• UNUSED     Unused and/or New Condition, with no original packaging
• UE                Used, Excellent Condition
• UG                Used, Good Condition
• UA                Used, Average Condition

Shipping & Handling Charges:

• Shipping packaging, and insurance charges will be added to your order, F.O.B. El Cajon, California or Stateline, Nevada as applicable.

Secure On-Line purchases with Credit Cards

You may make your purchases on-line through our secure server with your credit card.  We accept MasterCard, and Visa. 

Purchases made by other means

You may make your purchases by phone, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. P.S.T, Monday through Friday, at 619-449-7955. 

Money order payment orders will be shipped upon receipt of payment.  Check payment will require a 14 day wait.  Returned checks are subject to a $20.00 service charge.  

Credit card payment will be shipped next day.  We accept MasterCard and Visa.  Please have your credit card information ready when calling. We will require your credit card number, expiration date and your name as it appears on the credit card. Your signature is required on Mail Orders.

We do not accept COD orders.

California Customers
Orders delivered within the state of California are subject to California State Sales Tax unless we have a resale card on file.
